The decision to seek therapy can be filled with life-size expectations and is usually made when we are in acute pain. Jessie is sensitive to the risk it entails to take this step toward healing and seeks to provide a safe and supportive place to process the best and most difficult parts of your story.
Jessie counsels in a non-judging, empathic, and holistic manner that honors the complexity and uniqueness of each individual. She adheres to an emotionally-focused model that prioritizes attachment needs and bonding, between partners (or core attachments) and within the self.
